Role Description The Food and Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations for events and daily catering activities. This includes planning menus, coordinating kitchen and service teams, monitoring food quality and presentation, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. The role involves managing inventory, placing orders with suppliers, and controlling costs to meet budget targets. The Food and Beverage Manager will handle client communication, address special requests or concerns, and support staff through training, scheduling, and performance feedback. The manager will also work closely with leadership to improve service processes and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning and event execution.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and resolve issues professionally.
• Experience in Training staff, including onboarding, coaching, and maintaining service standards.
• Ability to manage Budgeting and cost control, including inventory oversight and vendor coordination.
• Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or hotel/restaurant management is highly beneficial.
• Solid leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, and quality control practices.
• Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field is preferred.
