Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service.
Lead and train waitstaff, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with kitchen staff and management for efficient order processing.
Greet and seat guests, taking feedback to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Oversee table settings, food presentation, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive dining environment.
Assist in planning and executing special events like poolside dinners, candlelight concerts, and themed dining experiences.
Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation regulations are adhered to.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar supervisory role in fine dining or luxury resorts.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of food and beverage service, especially multi-cuisine and organic vegetarian offerings.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during special events.
Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
