Food and Beverage Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting in food preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
Assist with cash handling procedures during transactions with customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Help in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
Requirements

Previous experience in the food service or food handling industry is preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently.
Willingness to assist team members and contribute positively to the workplace culture.
Basic cash handling experience is a plus but not mandatory.
