Who are we?
We are a locally owned & run French artisan bakery. At 4 years old, we are established in Canberra with five shops. With a focus on delivering high-quality sourdough bread, pastries, and cakes, delivering the perfect experience is part of our identity. We proudly serve and represent ONA coffee in all our shops.
About the role
This position is for a FOH Team Member. You will be the face of our bakery and a key part of creating the welcoming, community-focused experience we are known for. You will work closely with a passionate team to serve customers, prepare and present our products, and ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression of our bakery.
This role is for any of our Canberra locations. We offer flexible hours as a casual or part time staff member, ideally looking for someone with 2 to 3 days per week availability.

What you'll do
Greet customers first and create a warm experience.
Serve with speed and accuracy at the counter and coffee station.
Learn product knowledge and recommend the right item for the customer.
Keep the shop clean, organised, and stocked during service.
Support cabinet presentation (cakes/pies) and bread display standards.
Follow hygiene, allergen and safety routines.
What we're looking for
You are naturally warm and enjoy talking to people.
You can move fast without losing accuracy.
You take feedback well and want to improve.
You are reliable, punctual and team‑minded.
You care about cleanliness and presentation.

Pay: $24.95 – $44.87 per hour
