BATCH Espresso Wesfield
Is looking for an amazing FOH all-rounder to join our busy city café team.
This role suits someone who is well presented, well spoken, positive, and genuinely enjoys people.
Our customers include corporate professionals, executives, fashion clients, Chanel customers, and the occasional model, so polished service matters.
We’re looking for someone who understands that every interaction matters and knows how to approach people in the right way — with confidence, warmth, awareness, and professionalism.
Monday to Friday 8am - 2pm - (30hrs)
The role includes:
Greeting customers with a big smile
Taking orders and handling POS
Running the coffee pass
Managing the floor and keeping things flowing
Staying aware of customers, queues, orders, and team needs
Keeping the café clean, sharp, and well presented
You must be:
Professional, positive, and friendly
Well presented and well spoken
Super aware and ready to serve for the whole shift
Fast, organised, and calm under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
