Flooring Retail Assistant – LocalTasker
LocalTasker is one of the fastest-growing retail stores in Melbourne with 4 Showrooms opening in the last year.
Looking for a reliable and driven Flooring Retail Assistant to join our growing team.
Based across our Melbourne showroom locations, you will assist customers with flooring selections, answer product enquiries, prepare quotations, book installations and help maintain a professional showroom environment.
Remuneration
Annual Salary + Monthly Performance Bonuses + Super + Annual Leave
High-achievers can expect up to $100,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in-store and over the phone
Provide product information and recommendations
Prepare and follow up quotations
Process sales and customer orders
Schedule Installations
Maintain showroom presentation and displays
Support the wider sales team with day-to-day tasks
About You:
Looking to start your sales career
Friendly and professional communication skills
Strong customer service focus
CRM Experience
Punctual, reliable, organised and eager to learn
Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not essential
Bi-lingual English and Mandarin speakers preferred but not essential
