Job Description
Adhere to and guide technicians on repair processes to be followed.
Check and ensure all parameters of QG1 (LDPW, pre-road test, time estimation).
Check and ensure all parameters of QG2 (post-road test, 100% jobs completion)
Ensure technician complete repairs within FRT
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure Technicians Adhere to recommended repair processes (repair manual/Bay assist) to ensure First Time Right Repair
OUTPUT METRICS
A. CC/1000 & TB of Quality of repair/Maintenance job performed
B. CC/1000 & TB of total time taken for repair
• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
