About Us
7 Cutz Steakhouse is opening a brand-new branch in Canberra! We are dedicated to delivering premium steaks and an exceptional dining experience. We are looking for a motivated and experienced floor manager to join our team.
About the Role
As Floor Manager, you will:
Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during service
Ensure smooth daily floor operations
Deliver exceptional customer service
Manage reservations and service flow
Handle customer feedback professionally
Assist with staff training and onboarding
Maintain venue standards and RSA compliance
Work closely with the Venue Manager and kitchen team
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar managerial role
Experience in a busy restaurant environment (steakhouse experience highly regarded)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Confident handling complaints and resolving issues
Good food & beverage knowledge (wine knowledge preferred)
Current RSA certificate
Availability for evenings and weekends
