Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding order processing, product details, returns, refunds, and other related issues.

• Perform order tracking, shipment updates, and order cancellations as needed.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with computer software and internet navigation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce and online shopping processes.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and professional conduct.
• Experience
• No prior experience is required for this position. Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in customer service or a remote work environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Working Hours
• The role offers flexible working hours, with a primary requirement of covering customer support during Flipkarts operating hours (Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM IST).
