The successful candidate will manage data entry tasks with precision and contribute to maintaining the integrity of our information systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various platforms and systems.
• Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies and correct as needed.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
• Perform data backups and ensure data security protocols are followed.
• Generate reports and summaries from data as required.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve data management practices.
• Respond to data inquiries and provide support to other departments as needed.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role.
• Familiarity with data entry software and systems.
• Experience working in an e-commerce or retail environment is advantageous.
• Working Hours:
• Full-time position.
• Standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Flexibility in working hours may be required based on project needs.
