Key Responsibilities:
• * Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various platforms and systems.
• * Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies and correct as needed.
• * Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
• * Perform data backups and ensure data security protocols are followed.
• * Generate reports and summaries from data as required.
• * Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve data management practices.
• * Respond to data inquiries and provide support to other departments as needed.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data management or a related field is a plus.
• * Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
• * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• * Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
• * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• * Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• * Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Experience:
• * Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role.
• * Familiarity with data entry software and systems.
• * Experience working in an e-commerce or retail environment is advantageous.
• Working Hours:
• * Full-time position.
• * Standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• * Flexibility in working hours may be required based on project needs.

• * In-depth knowledge of data entry procedures and best practices.
• * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
