• Provide accurate information regarding products, order status, payment issues, and returns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Maintain a detailed record of interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or products to enhance their experience.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards during customer interactions.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade; a bachelors degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Experience
• Freshers are welcome!
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a bonus but not required.
• Working Hours
• Flexible working hours with the possibility of rotational shifts.
• Full-time and part-time options are available.
• Candidates must be willing to work weekends or holidays as needed.
