Required Skills and Qualifications
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an added advantage.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional attitude, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
Experience
• Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
