Key Responsibilities:
Auditing and resolving hours of service compliance in the ELD app.(GEO TAB)
Training & Orientation of drivers regarding usage of ELD and hours of service rules.
Monitoring and reviewing driver's ELD and ensuring drivers drive as per MTO regulations and performing proper pre-trip and post-trip inspection in on-duty status reporting all the defects(If any).
Calling drivers to get violations clear so that they do not get tickets while on the road.
Reviewing pre-trip as well as post-trip pictures of commercial truck and tractor-trailers.
Monitoring cameras and making sure they are working properly.
Resolving technical and breakdown issues of the ELD app and cameras.
Auditing trucks daily with drivers for accuracy of post trip
Manage scheduling Annual safeties & Preventive maintenance (PMs) trucks and trailers
Direct off-site maintenance, repair, and recovery functions for roadside vehicle repairs
Monitor, evaluate and determine priority of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repair projects
Dealing and arranging service calls for breakdowns of tractors and trailers on the road.
Maintaining Tractor and Trailer files.
Taking steps to ensure minimum breakdowns and repair costs for the company.
Reviewing CVOR monthly.
Helping in accidents, tickets and claims.
Ensure training plans for safety and safety compliance are met.
Qualifications:
Must have one year of experience of ELD app- GEOTAB
Community College Program Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong working knowledge of ELD app (GEO TAB) required
2-5 years of experience in a related field.
Ability to conduct audits and assessments based on recognized standards and/or best practices.
Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Previous transportation experience is an asset.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
