Job Description
Position Available: Fleet Manager
Number of Positions: 1
Location: Auckland
Payrate: $32–$35 per hour
Minimum Hours of Work Per Week: 30
Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 40
Key Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in team supervision or managment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and scheduling of fleet vehicles for deliveries, collections, or assigned routes.
Supervise and coordinate vehicle operators, ensuring adherence to schedules and operational standards.
Maintain vehicle maintenance records and assist with organising routine servicing and inspections.
Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and running costs to support efficiency goals.
Support driver performance monitoring and assist in route optimisation and on-site task coordination.
Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company safety policies.
Liaise with transport contractors, field workers, and dispatch teams to ensure fleet support for operational needs.
Contribute to ongoing improvements in logistics, fleet documentation, and equipment utilisation.
