Job Description
The Fleet Rental Executive is responsible for managing the daily operations of vehicle rentals, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing fleet utilization. This role involves direct interaction with clients, processing rental agreements, conducting vehicle inspections, and coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure the fleet is in optimal condition. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire vehicle rental process from initial inquiry to vehicle return, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
• Process rental agreements, contracts, and related documentation accurately and efficiently, explaining terms and conditions clearly to customers.
• Conduct thorough pre-rental and post-rental inspections of vehicles, documenting any existing damage and ensuring vehicles are clean and fueled.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed information about available vehicles, pricing, and rental policies, and resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of all rental transactions, vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and customer information using fleet management software.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department or external service providers for routine servicing, repairs, and accident recovery to ensure fleet readiness.
• Actively engage in sales and business development activities to attract new clients, build strong customer relationships, and achieve rental targets.
• Educate customers on vehicle safety features, operational procedures, and emergency protocols.
• Monitor fleet utilization rates and identify opportunities to optimize vehicle deployment and revenue generation.
• Prepare regular reports on rental performance, fleet status, and customer feedback for management review.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements related to vehicle rentals.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
