About the role
The Flagship Store Manager is responsible for driving sales to achieve targets by providing clear direction and fostering an engaged workforce. Working in conjunction with the area manager, you will pro-actively develop, drive and support local and national marketing campaigns and promotional activity within the store e.g. VIP events. On a day-to-day basis, you will lead, maintain and actively work to ensure strong relationships in a large team of staff and volunteers through ongoing coaching and support.
Our Flagship locations are high-volume and high turnover. Bring your previous retail management experience to our large team of staff and volunteers, and help lead the way to success in our local community.
What you will bring
Demonstrated experience in successfully managing a high-volume retail shop (preferably fashion and/or recycled goods related)
Proven ability to deliver revenue and net profit objectives through managing others
Staff and/or Volunteer management
Sound presentation and visual merchandising skills in line with current trends
Strong sales and customer service acumen
