Position
Technician Fitter
Scope
Responsible for Maintenance of All Utilities including DRUPS & SDMO DG sets, HVAC system, etc.
Responsibilities
Technical
• Maintenance of Emergency Diesel Generator sets ranging from 160 KVA to 3000 KVA.
• HVAC System - PACs, Water cooled Centrifugal/Screw Chillers, Primary pumps, Secondary Pumps, Cooling water Pumps, Cooling Tower fans, Motorized control valves, Exhaust Fans, Fresh Air Fans, AHUs, Various pipelines & flanges, etc.
• EOT Cranes
General
• Carry out preventive maintenance of all Rotary & Stationary equipment installed.
• Replacement of bearing for AHUs, pumps, blowers, Fresh air fan, Exhaust fan, cooling tower fans, etc.
• Replacement of belts for AHUs, pumps, blowers, Fresh air fan, Exhaust fan, etc.
• Replacement of mechanical seals for pumps installed at various places.
• Alignment of Pump & Motor by Digital Gauges
• Strainer cleaning for all pumps/AHUs/Chillers
• Carry out modifications wherever needed as per instructions of Engineer in-charge.
• Attended all breakdowns as per requirement.
• Overhauling of pumps, blowers, AHUs, Fans, etc.
• Cooling tower fan blade angle adjustment as per the requirement
• Dewatering pump installation & maintenance as required.
• Maintenance of valves, gear boxes, actuator as required.
• Overhauling of used valves for requirement.
• Maintenance of SS filter.
• Replacement of valves/control valves and strainers.
• Attend leakage through gate valve glands, pipe lines, flange joints etc.
• Replacement of faulty water meters, pressure gauges and temperature gauges.
• Back flushing of all AHUs.
• Maintenance of fire water system.
• Lubrication for all equipment.
• Maintenance of ladders used at various places.
• Check and tight all the fasteners used for equipment erection.
• Any other job as told by Engineer In-charge.
Requirements
• Hands on experience
Who Can apply?
• ITI or NCTVT or Equivalent Passed.
• Experience of 4 to 5 Years in the field of Operations & Maintenance Facility Management
