Fireman — Hospital Site, Wadala, Mumbai Milesef Fire Safety & Security Pvt. Ltd. is a Navi Mumbai–based fire safety and security company serving hospitals, industries, and commercial establishments. We are hiring Firemen for deployment at a reputed hospital client site in Wadala, Mumbai — a role where your vigilance directly protects patients, staff, and visitors every single day. What you will do Conduct regular fire watch rounds and monitor the premises for fire hazards Perform routine checks of fire extinguishers, hydrants, hose reels, sprinkler systems, and fire alarm panels Maintain daily logs, checklists, and equipment inspection registers Respond immediately to fire alarms and emergencies as per the site's emergency response plan Assist in fire drills, evacuation exercises, and safety awareness activities for hospital staff Ensure fire exits, escape routes, and assembly points remain clear and accessible at all times Report deficiencies, hazards, and incidents to the Site Supervisor and Milesef operations team Coordinate with hospital security and facility teams during emergencies What we are looking for Fireman course / fire safety training from a recognized institute (MFS or equivalent preferred) Physically fit and able to perform duties across shifts, including nights as per roster Alert, disciplined, and calm under pressure — hospital environments demand composure Basic ability to read and maintain registers and checklists (English/Hindi/Marathi) Freshers with completed fire safety training are welcome to apply Prior experience at hospitals, malls, high-rises, or industrial sites is an advantage What we offer Full-time role with on-time monthly salary and statutory benefits as applicable Immediate joining A well-connected central Mumbai location — Wadala is easily reachable by train and monorail Proper induction, site training, and a clear reporting structure A growing company where reliable performers move into senior site and supervisory roles How to apply Apply online in 3 minutes: https://career.milesef.com/apply.php?position=fireman Or call / WhatsApp our HR desk: +91 77739 39696 Milesef does not charge any fee at any stage of recruitment.
