Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Finishing Work Supervisor at Ajna Resorts in Manali. The Finishing Work Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the finishing work processes within the resort, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. This role will involve coordinating with various teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver exceptional finishing work within the resort premises.
Qualifications
• Experience in construction or interior design
• Knowledge of finishing work processes and materials
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and vendors
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Physical fitness for on-site work
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus
• Relevant certifications in construction or interior design
