Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Finish Carpenter to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential finish carpentry and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Install interior doors, trim, baseboards, casing, and millwork
Install cabinets, shelving, railings, and accent walls
Install hardwood, engineered hardwood, and LVP flooring
Read plans and perform work according to project specifications
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Work efficiently while delivering high-quality craftsmanship
Requirements
Experience in finish carpentry is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with no experience
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Reliable transportation and basic tools are a plus
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Ability to work well as part of a team
