Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Fine Dining Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of fine dining etiquette. As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding dining experience to our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and attention to detail.
Coastal Capri featuring chef John is the hottest new restaurant on Hilton Head and we are looking for the best to join our family owned restaurant.
Duties
Provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
Take accurate food and drink orders using TOAST POS .
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely manner.
Process payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining guest confidentiality.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
Excellent time management abilities to balance multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
Previous experience in Italian fine dining.
Familiarity with TOAST POS is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
Sales skills to effectively promote menu items and enhance the dining experience for guests.
