Key Result Areas (KRAs) for a Fine Artist Faculty member typically include a range of responsibilities that contribute to the academic and artistic development of students, the growth of the institution, and the personal and professional growth of the faculty member. Here are some common KRAs for a Fine Artist Faculty:
Teaching and Instruction:
Develop and deliver course content in fine arts, ensuring it meets curriculum standards.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students on their artistic projects and assignments.
Maintain updated knowledge of the field and integrate current trends and techniques into teaching.
Curriculum Development:
Participate in the design and revision of the fine arts curriculum.
Develop new courses or special topics that address emerging trends and student interests.
Ensure that the curriculum is aligned with institutional goals and accreditation standards.
