Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee the operational management of our financial transactions.
Key Accountabilities:
• Operational Support:
• Ensure smooth and efficient execution of financial transactions, resolving any operational issues promptly.
• Handle escalated queries related to payments, transaction discrepancies, and banking operations, providing timely resolutions.
• Transaction Processing:
• Manage the processing of financial transactions, ensuring timely and accurate completion within established timelines.
• Own the management of SOPs, treasury dealings, and rate bookings, addressing ad-hoc processing requests and unique transaction requirements.
• Reporting & Follow-up:
• Prepare and generate reports on funds-in, actively tracking the status of incoming payments.
• Follow up with banks and payment aggregators to ensure timely receipt of funds and resolution of missing payments.
