Role Description:
We are building a high-performing and adaptable Finance Team and are looking for someone to work effectively in the Financial Systems & Processes (FS&P) team as Synamedia enters an exciting scale-up phase. This is a key role as Synamedia establishes itself as an innovative and impactful global company.
You may have worked for a growing company and experienced an exciting growth journey, or you may have worked for a larger company but had a similarly exciting journey in one of their business units.
We are looking for a dynamic Reporting Lead who has excellent Power BI reporting experience working for a multi-national company. They will have the ability to take initiative, produce results and collaborate effectively.
Exp : 8 to 14 Years for Chennai
Responsibilities
• Working with the Business Applications team to create, develop and enhance interactive visual reports using Power BI
• Review existing Power BI Reports and Data Models to ensure optimal performance
• Design compelling Power BI visualisations which distil clear and accurate reporting metrics
• Assess new requirements for reports and dashboards and changes to the underlying data model
• Participate in projects as required to ensure efficient and effective reporting on key data points
• Develop strong relationships with global teams, sharing knowledge and ideas to collaborate and apply a standardised approach to reporting
• Designing effective layouts and designs working closely with Business Applications team to ensure optimal user experience and that accessibility requirements are met.
• Working closely with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and translating them.
• Maintaining existing reports and data models, working to fully maximise the utility of data within the company
• Support Financial Systems and Projects Director delivering Financial Systems and Processes team roadmap.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are understood and the intent is properly represented.
• Promote and share best practices, supporting continuous improvement and change management
