A leading law firm is seeking an experienced professional to join its Investment Funds Group. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience managing structured securities offerings and possess a strong background in commercial real estate law.

Job Description
The role will involve working on complex transactions such as real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings. The candidate will represent public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional investors. A combination of strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills is essential, along with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage structured securities offerings with an emphasis on commercial real estate transactions.
• Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and complex financings in the real estate sector.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents for real estate transactions.
• Represent clients including REITs, real estate companies, and institutional investors.
• Manage and maintain strong client relationships, providing legal counsel on complex real estate matters.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in managing structured securities offerings, particularly in commercial real estate.
