Responsibilities:
• Process invoices and post business transactions in accordance with client guidelines.
• Verify financial data and maintain accurate records of outstanding payables.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and protect businesses against unintentional overpayment.
• Practice effective monitoring to ensure timely payments and follow up on unpaid invoices.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in accounts payable process for US clients.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks-Desktop/Online/Enterprise is a must.
• Strong verbal or written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and take responsibility for work done.
• Command on English is a must.

• Conduct audits of financial statements and internal controls

• Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, GST, and TDS returns

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally, attention to detail, and strong communication skills both verbally and written. • Completion of the Intermediate level of Chartered Accountancy
