Financial Accountant Reconciliation amp SOX

CIRCORORGANIZATIONAL STRUCUTRE BUSINESS: CIRCOR Shared Service Center EMEA LOCATION: Thane/India DIRECT REPORTING: Sr. Manager Shared Service Center EMEA POSITION SUMMARY The Referent SOX and Account Reconciliation is primarily responsible to support the Finance Shared Service Center team located in Radolfzell and other entities within the EMEA region in terms of account reconciliations, SOX controls, reporting and other tasks as assigned carefully, timely, and with high level of accuracy, at any time in full compliance with Circor policy and received other guidance. The Referent SOX and Account Reconciliation cooperates closely with the Internal Audit Team PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES • Perform account reconciliations for various entities • Follow standardized reconciliation procedures and become Subject Matter Expert for the Software that is used (Blackline) • Support SOX controls, especially subledger reconciliation, vendor master data reviews, duplicate controls, and other controls as assigned • Support SOX dunning by sending out remembering mails to SOX Preparer / Reviewer and monitoring timely execution of the controls • Close cooperation with the Internal Audit in India • Identify process improvements and drive execution Job Requirements: CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Knowledge Skills & Abilities • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the fields of Accounting and preferably SOX • Preferable SAP FI knowledge • English fluent • Delivers highly accurate accounting work with convincing level of efficiency • Understands important of due dates very well and prioritize work accordingly • Bias toward process improvement • Self-organized, persistent, reliable and self-motivated individual • Proficiency with MS tools especially Excel Education & Experience • Accounting professional, Certified Management Accountant; Get job alerts by email.
