Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Technical Consultant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical accounting background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Of The Finance Technical Consultant
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS accounting standards
• Support the month-end and year-end closing process, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts
• Work within ERP systems to create dashboards and reports
• Provide technical accounting expertise to support complex accounting transactions
• Research and analyze accounting issues to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Work to identify and implement process improvements
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and disclosures for external reporting
Qualifications Of The Finance Technical Consultant
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 3-5 years of technical accounting experience
• Knowledge of VLOOKUPS/pivot tables in Excel
