We’re looking for an enthusiastic team member for Full Time Maternity Cover to join our Napier team. This role requires someone who is energetic, highly driven and with a strong customer focus who can establish effective professional relationships across our diverse portfolio of clients. You will have a high desire to succeed and can identify new opportunities to grow and meet company objectives. We will support you with the best technology and training available to enable you to fit the right loan to the right person, accurately and responsibly. For the right person, there may be an opportunity to transition into a permanent position as our business and family continue to grow.
Just some of the things you’re responsible for
Manage loan enquiries and applications from initial contact through to settlement
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Provide clear and responsible guidance around loan terms and documentation
Assist customers with account queries and payment management
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and collective goals
Perform general administrative and compliance-related tasks as required
Any other duties as may be reasonably required by the employer from time to time.
Attend training as required by MTF
The ideal candidate will:
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
Be confident managing their workload and prioritising tasks
Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Be comfortable working in a team environment and contributing to a positive culture
Show initiative, reliability, and a professional approach to work
Be willing to learn — no prior finance experience is required, as full training will be provided
Experience in customer service, sales, or administration would be an advantage but is not essential.
