Finance Manager - Planning and Accounting

Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and preparation of financial statements. The Finance Manager will monitor expenses and revenues, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations. The role involves analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making, preparing management reports, and collaborating with operations and leadership teams to optimize financial performance. The Finance Manager will also manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external partners, and contribute to improving internal financial controls and processes.

Candidates should possess strong financial management and accounting skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
