About the role:
Leads finance and commercial improvement projects, enhancing systems and controls. Reports to the DCFO and works closely with F&CO leaders, executives, committees and external partners to drive operational efficiency and capability uplift.
As our Finance Manager, Commercial and Operations Projects, you'll also:
Lead finance and commercial improvement projects to enhance controls, processes, and operational efficiency.
Analyse financial and system data to identify trends, issues and opportunities, driving system enhancements within the ERP.
Coordinate project delivery, business analysis and costing insights, working with the finance and commercial operations executives to support in reporting.
Support procurement strategy, costing framework development and team capability uplift through training on new processes.
Skills & Experience:
Strong finance, analysis and process improvement skills
Proven project leadership across systems and controls
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change
Advanced ERP and modelling capability (TechOne a plus).
