Job Description
Requirements
• Qualified CA/CMA/MBA Finance having at least 2 years of experience in project finance
• Knowledge about Legal reports used in corporate finance e.g., TIR/TSR, NEC, Legal Audit, etc.
• Have experience of ASM
• Knowledge about LIE, Cost Vetting, TEV, Valuation related to bank finance.
• Knowledge about External Credit rating and the process of the same
• Knowledge about various registration/reports applicable to company like, MSME, LEI, CIBIL, CRILIC, etc.
• Knowledge about ways to raise fund in a company and legal aspect for the same
• Experience in LC & BG Issuance
Responsibilities
• Preparation of comprehensive financial models like project reports, CMA data for various projects to deliver cash-flow forecast, perform a variety of advanced financial analyses like scenario analysis, risk assessment, sensitivity analysis ratio analysis, projection etc. for various projects, Structured Finance, Long term finance and Preparing the MIS Reports, Cash& Fund Flow Statement, bank reports like FFR, Stock statement, FSMTL and other financial report to determine present and forecasted financial health of the company.
• Modelling analysis & analysis of Term Sheet and audits, Communicating & interfacing and responding to questions from counterparties, finance providers like Banks, Financial Institutions on due diligence, negotiations & documentation and support the closing process of transactions for procurement to disbursement of the funds.
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action and advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
• Developing financial models to evaluate investment and capex proposals of various projects and develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
• Developing and strengthening relationship with national and International Banks and Financial Institutions.
• Monitoring compliance with financing conditions & obligations including Pre-sanction & post sanction terms & conditions.
