Job Description
About the Position:
Our company is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an entrepreneurial and energetic Finance Executive (Warehouse) with a strong foundation in core finance principles. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the companys financial growth and operational excellence.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Self-starter, ready to take on new challenges
• Positive attitude and ability to work with team
• Good communication with internal and external stakeholders (Hindi and English)
• Comfortable with numbers, reports, and digital payment systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
• Process and verify supplier invoices
• Track expense
• Prepare payment schedules
• Maintain ledgers and reconciliations by coordinating with vendors
• Manage approvals, documentation, month-end, and finance support
• Prepare receiving anddispatch documents for warehouse
• Conduct inventory count and process credit notes
• Conduct Cash and Inventory audits across locations
Experience and Education:
• BCom graduate
• Proficiency in Excel and Tally
