Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Working on debt raising transactions for our Corporate Finance Clients in multiple sectors;
- Gathering and synthesizing financial and operating information about companies and industries;
- Study the viability of the business
- Provide a detailed project report
- Provide realistic and data-driven cash flow projections
- Monitor and execute all activities related to debt-related compliance requirements of banks/ financial institutions
- Work towards enhancing the overall debt rating and eligibility of the client through prudent financial management
- Coordination and Liaising with bank/NBFCs/FIs
- Maintaining and Developing New relationships with bank/NBFCs/FIs
- Assisting in the legal documentation, due-diligence and closing process of the transaction through constant contact with the Clients and debt providers.

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
