Job Description
Location: BKC, Mumbai
Designation: Finance associate (Banking admin)
We are looking for a confident Finance Associate (Banking admin) to assist the finance team in day to day filing, documentation, ad hoc accounting tasks. Duties will include maintaining filing and accounting records, documents submission to Banks/Financial institutions/ customs/ other authorities, liaisoning and coordinating with banks/customs/other authorities to resolve day to day matters, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining good control over the Finance and legal documentations, ensuring maintenance of proper records as per the rules and regulations.
Profile / requirements
0-3 years of accounting / finance experience
Relevant financial / economical education (Bachelors or Masters in Commerce), though not a mandatory requirement.
Relevant experience in the diamond industry (preferred but not mandatory)
Good level of Hindi (English & Gujarati is a pre not a must)
Compliance oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of documentation.
Good grasping power, proactive in compliances & documentation
General understanding of accounting principals
Team player
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Documentations - preparation and submission to Banks/Financial Institutions/authorities. Supporting the Finance executives/Finance managers undertake the same.
Coordination & Liaising with Banks, Customs, other authorities to resolve day to day matters.
Checking the incoming and outgoing documents for veracity. Supporting the Finance executives/Finance managers for the same.
Maintain proper records and filing of documents.
Assisting the Finance Executives/Finance Managers with day to day bookkeeping.
Any other tasks as required by the management.
