Job Description
A leading global technology and business transformation organization is hiring an experienced Transformation Lead to drive digital finance transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. This is an excellent opportunity to lead large-scale transformation programs, collaborate with global stakeholders, and deliver cutting-edge finance solutions powered by emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and shape digital transformation opportunities for enterprise customers.
- Build and manage transformation roadmaps for local and global engagements.
- Collaborate with alliance partners and internal stakeholders to identify technology-led transformation opportunities.
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and techno-functional presentations.
- Act as a bridge between business, IT, and pre-sales teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Advise customers on digital finance transformation strategies and best practices.
- Define transformation frameworks, governance models, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Guide project teams throughout transformation planning, implementation, and value realization.
- Recommend process improvements and innovative digital solutions to maximize business value.
- Work closely with delivery, solutioning, and technical teams to build, test, and deploy transformation initiatives.
- Share best practices and lessons learned across transformation teams.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in Finance Transformation or HR Transformation .
- Proven experience in digital transformation and consulting for Finance & Accounting solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI, Data Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, and emerging digital technologies.
- Experience leading large strategic transformation programs from conceptualization through implementation and business realization.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and customer-facing consulting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in the BPO/Global Business Services (GBS)/Shared Services environment is preferred.
