Do you have a high attention to detail? Do you know how to solve problems? We are looking for someone like this who can support us with:
Providing analytics (TDC, FTE, allocations) for GCS APAC region. This includes running Forecasting and 3YSP processes, monitoring month end, provide MIS and ad-hoc requests
Understanding the main drivers within the cost base and providing meaningful commentary
Facing off to and collaboration with several teams and clients including GCS Business Partner, GCS clients
Participating in projects and initiatives regarding improvements and efficiencies
Your team
You will be part of the GCS Finance Business Partnering team which is based in EMEA and APAC. We support the GCS business with Analytics, business insights and processes in relation to GCS to ensure plans are met and issues are flagged in a timely manner.
You have:
Significant and relevant reporting, controlling, accounting experience
Recognized accounting qualification
A proven track record of working for senior clients
Your expertise
An excellent communicator, with good people skills
Able to work effectively at both the detailed level and at a high level
Proactive, self-motivated and able to deliver high quality results in an efficient manner and under time pressure
A holistic understanding of processes
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Experience of working in a global team with global clients is essential
Excellent time management skills
Experience of working in a virtual team environment is useful
Efficient and effective command of MS-Office, particularly Excel
Fluent English skills in oral and written form is a must
