First Class throughout (10th,12th, and Graduation)

Job Description
Preparing workings for GST Returns i.e. 3B, GSTR1, GSTR2, ITC4, Trans1.
Assisting in Balance Sheet Finalization work, preparing Tax Audit Annexure, and other Statutory Annexure.
Ledger Scrutiny, Reconciliation of Vendors' Statements with Tally, etc.
Involved in inward & outward remittances of foreign customers.
Bank Reconciliation, Bank Letters, and Follow up with the bank. Preparing Quarterly performance reports.
Managed debtor’s reconciliation on monthly basis.
Preparing monthly Salary Statement, working on CTC, Payment PF & ESIC challans. And accounting-wide passing monthly Salary Journals.
Payment of monthly TDS Deductions, Working on TDS Software for filing Quarterly TDS Returns, and Issuing Form 16A.
Prepare Monthly Stock statements, Debtors & Creditors List.
Day-to-day correspondence, Typing letters, Following up with parties regarding Ledger Queries, Invoice Queries.
Making a purchase, sales, expenses, and petty cash entries in Tally.
Preparing Outstanding Creditors List for Payment purposes. Issuing cheques to Suppliers. Maintaining updated payment position for payment done to the supplier on a current and advance basis.
Working Exposure of Finalization of books of Accounts
Taking care of day-to-day Finance & Accounts transactions related to debtors & creditors.
Knowledge about PF, ESIC & TDS Compliances
Liaoning with Banks
To Handle Petty cash
Should have knowledge of Tally ERP +
Preparation and posting of vouchers, invoicing, Bill checking etc.
Maintaining files and records.
Coordinate with CA & Auditor.
