Role Description
The Finance Accounting Intern role at Coitonic Outfits is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The intern will assist with preparing, reviewing, and organizing financial records, including basic financial statements and reports. Daily responsibilities include supporting bookkeeping tasks, updating entries in accounting software, reconciling accounts, and helping track expenses and revenues. The intern will also assist the finance team with data analysis, report preparation, invoice processing, and documentation for audits or compliance. Collaboration with other departments to gather financial information and communicate findings clearly will be an important part of the role.
Job Location - 3rd floor, D 229, Hanuman Nagar, Amrapali Marg, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur - 302021.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Finance and the ability to understand and work with Financial Statements.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Accounting Software and basic accounting principles used in day-to-day operations.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for working with cross-functional teams.
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks responsibly are beneficial.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and basic office productivity tools is an advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist in maintaining financial records and documentation.
• Support invoice processing, billing, and payment tracking.
• Help with bank reconciliations and expense verification.
• Prepare and update MIS reports and Excel-based financial data.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Maintain organized financial files and records.
• Support GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory documentation (as required).
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data collection.
• Assist during audits and compliance-related activities.
• Perform financial research and other tasks assigned by the Finance team.
