Role Overview
We're looking for a passionate Filmmaker / Video Content Creator who can translate ideas into cinematic, emotionally resonant content. This is not just a shoot-and-edit role — we want a creative storyteller who can drive global reach and brand positioning for AtumX and our clients.
What You'll Create
• Stories of the Art of Building showcasing craftsmanship, architecture, and creation
• The Need for Creating motivational stories inspiring makers and innovators
• Building Robotics is Cool engaging, youth-focused content around robotics and STEM
• Documentary-style Success Stories deep-dive profiles of schools and brands we partner with
Key Responsibilities
• Conceptualize and produce documentary-style success stories of schools and brands
• Shoot and edit brand films, institution profiles, testimonials, and promotional reels
• Manage end-to-end production: scripting → pre-production → shoot → post-production → delivery
• Produce social media-ready short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form documentaries
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with campaign goals
• Maintain a consistent visual language and tone across all productions
Requirements Must-Have:
• 2–4 years of experience in videography, filmmaking, or video content production
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Hands-on experience with DSLR / mirrorless cameras and professional lighting
• Strong portfolio showcasing documentary, brand, or short-film work
• Ability to script, storyboard, and plan shoots independently
Good to Have:
• Experience filming in educational or institutional environments
• Motion graphics / After Effects skills
• Familiarity with YouTube SEO and video optimization
Your KPIs
• Global reach and engagement on social media platforms
• Brand positioning establishment for AtumX and client brands
• Number of quality video deliverables per month
• Growth in YouTube / Instagram / LinkedIn video views
