We're looking for motivated Field/Lab Technicians to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience performing field and laboratory testing on commercial, transportation, municipal, and heavy civil construction projects throughout Arizona.

What You'll Do
As a Field/Lab Technician, you'll help ensure construction materials meet project specifications through field observations, laboratory testing, and accurate documentation.
Responsibilities include:
Perform field and laboratory testing on concrete, soils, asphalt, aggregates, and other construction materials.
Collect material samples from active construction sites.
Perform laboratory testing in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
Operate, maintain, and calibrate testing equipment.
Record, document, and report test results using computerized data collection systems.
Assist Construction Inspectors and Project Managers with field observations and quality assurance activities.
Communicate testing results and project updates to project managers and engineering staff.
Follow all company and client safety procedures.
Travel to project sites throughout Arizona as required.
Travel Requirements
This position requires travel throughout Arizona. Some assignments may require overnight stays or extended travel depending on project location. QT provides a company vehicle and per diem for eligible travel assignments.
