Field Trial Operation Executive

Conduct field trials of CP compounds to evaluate GAP & identify potential crop & pest, including early-phase compounds testing. Drive digital projects and sustainable initiatives to support launch excellence and clarify technical positioning against target pests and crop segments. Collaborate with SAUs, ICAR Institutes for regulatory data generation, POP inclusion of CP products, and external outreach. Capture trial data in SCOUT/technical presentations and provide technical support to stakeholders. Tasks and Responsibilities: Lead Field Solutions innovation characterization in Rajasthan by conducting field trials for new and LCM CP innovations, using micro-plot methodology to evaluate performance against target pests in various crop segments. Oversee registration trial projects, external outreach, stewardship initiatives, and inclusion of CP innovations in recommendation listings for farmers by representing Field Solutions/Bayer Crop Science to state agriculture universities and ICAR institutions in Rajasthan. Develop knowledge on agronomic practices, pest dynamics, market innovations, and farmers pain points by working closely in the fields of Rajasthan. Support the transition of CP/Drone/Digital innovations to Market Development by knowledge transfer and training for MD Agronomists & stakeholders in Rajasthan. Ensure grower success by incorporating grower requirements into innovation advancement plans across all portfolio projects in Rajasthan. Manage agronomic operations, knowledge transfer initiatives, and represent FS in Market Development and Commercial Area engagements in Rajasthan. Promote Safety, Health, Environment, Sustainability & Stewardship principles, and VACC behavior. Key Working Relations: Internal: Functionally reports to AO Lead, East; aligns with Agronomic Solution Managers-IBSL and RTM in India; collaborates with Market Development, Breeding, Veg R&D, Marketing, and Commercial teams in Rajasthan. External: Collaborates with State Agricultural Universities and ICAR institutions in Rajasthan. Who You Are: Post-graduate in Agriculture Sciences with 1-2 years of industry experience in relevant profiles. Strong collaboration skills with external & internal shareholders. Technical skills in agronomy and physiology of key crops, use patterns, and knowledge of crop protection solutions. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, and cross-functional team coordination
