Field Support Analyst

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Field Support Analyst to join our dynamic robotics team. The ideal candidate will provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for our advanced robotic solutions. This role requires a hands-on approach to diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing robotic systems to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime. The Field Support Analyst will be a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive top-tier service and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Support: Visit customer locations to install, configure, maintain, and repair robotic systems.
Remote Assistance: Provide troubleshooting and support via phone, email, or video conferencing to resolve technical issues.
Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Conduct diagnostics tests and root cause analysis on hardware and software issues to determine appropriate solutions.
System Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance on robotic systems to ensure continuous operation and optimal performance.
Customer Training: Train customers and end-users on the proper use, handling, and maintenance of robotic systems.
Documentation: Maintain detailed service reports, logs, and records of maintenance, repairs, and customer interactions.
Collaborative Support: Work closely with engineering and product teams to communicate feedback and suggest improvements based on customer experience.
Upgrades & Installations: Assist with software upgrades, firmware updates, and installations of new robotic systems or components.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments, technology trends, and software enhancements in the robotics field.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all work performed complies with company safety guidelines and customer safety standards.
