Field Studies Intern (MSW Preferred)

This internship is strictly for candidates who have completed MSW / Social Work / Social Sciences. Applications from MBA, BBA, Engineering, or unrelated backgrounds will not be considered.

Location Requirement:
• Candidates must be currently based in Chennai or Delhi NCR.
• Project-based field visits within the city / nearby districts will be required.

About the Internship

We are looking for MSW / Social Work / Social Sciences graduates to join us as Social Sector Research & Consulting Interns. This role involves hands-on exposure to research, report writing, field studies, and proposal development for projects in the social and development sector.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct desk research and secondary research on social sector themes
• Support field studies, data collection, and stakeholder interactions
• Assist in report writing, documentation, and analysis
• Contribute to proposal writing, concept notes, and project documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams during project execution

Eligibility Criteria

✔ MSW / Social Work / Social Sciences background only

✔ Recent graduates preferred

✔ Strong interest in the social sector/development work

✔ Good English writing and documentation skills

✔ Willingness to travel for field visits

Internship Details
• Duration: 3 months
• Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
• Mode: Remote + Field Visits
• Locations: Chennai & Delhi NCR
• Travel: Field visit travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy
