Job Description
BASIC SUMMARY
We are looking for a Field Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
Under direct supervision of Field Service Development Manager, Visit client sites, build client relationships, advise clients, and sample plants. This role is ideal for someone knowledgeable in the ******** industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Tie workflow to schedule
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Take samples and run analysis testing when applicable
• Drop samples off or ship samples to lab dependant on location of field service when applicable
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization in a timely manner
• Documentation and data tracki
