Field Service Technician

Follows all statutory and non-statutory safety norms of the client organization Executes installation activities, attend client complaint regarding product install and provide solution.Gets the handover report signed by the relevant authorityDiagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutionsProduce timely and detailed service reportsCooperate with technical team and share information across the organizationBuild positive relationships with customers

Qualifications: -

Diploma : (Dip - Mechanical/ Production/ Electrical)ITI : (ITI – Fitter/ Wielder/ Instrumentation/ electrical/ electronic)

Required: -

Good technical knowledge & English literacy,Physically Fit for Heavy workAbility to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipmentAbility to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
