About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

This is a hands-on position that requires a deep understanding of construction machinery and expertise in engine, transmission, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support for urgent breakdowns and preventive services.
• Ensure prompt response to customer service calls, minimizing downtime and enhancing equipment productivity.
• Handle dealer and service engineer communications, providing timely support and review of calls.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A strong understanding of engine, transmission, hydraulics, and electrical systems in construction machinery.
• Knowledge of Backhoe loader and skid steer machines.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team in challenging environments.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
• Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Work Environment:
• Frequent travel to customer sites.
