Job Description
- Minimum 2-5 Years- relevant Experience
- Prior Personal banking experience or experience in sales and customer service is a plus
- Ability to process customer requests, identify problems and provide solutions
- Need to maintain customer details and daily report in excel
- Should have collection experience
- Need to follow up with the customers up to collecting 10% initial payment
- Good communication in English
