Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Repreentative to grow our hotel linen business across Bihar. The candidate will be responsible for visiting hotels and hospitality businesses, meeting hotel owners and purchase managers, presenting product samples, building strong business relationships, and expanding market presence.
The role involves regular field visits, close coordination with the head office sales team for scheduled meetings, and independently conducting cold visits to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit hotels, resorts, guest houses, serviced apartments, and hospitality businesses across Bihar.
• Meet hotel owners, purchase managers, housekeeping managers, and procurement teams to showcase hotel linen samples and explain product offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market visits, references, networking, and cold calls/visits.
• Coordinate with the head office sales team regarding appointments, quotations, customer requirements, and follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable hotel linen solutions.
• Follow up regularly with clients to close sales and maintain repeat business.
• Maintain daily reports of visits, client meetings, feedback, and sales activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and the operations/support team for timely order execution.
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable traveling extensively across Bihar.
• Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
